When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details needed to assess and respond to your metering project requirements.
Customer type: To understand whether you are a homeowner, builder, electrician, property investor, or another type of customer.Contact details: Your name, email, and phone number to communicate with you.Project location: Your suburb to verify you are within our Sydney service area.Project details: Optional project stage and primary requirement, plus your description of what is stopping the job.IP address: Collected with a submission for security and spam prevention and provided to our enquiry email process.
Data processing: Enquiry data is sent to KDN Enterprises Pty Ltd by email using Resend, our transactional email provider. Resend processes the message so we can receive and reply to your enquiry. The form does not accept photo uploads; photos can be sent separately by phone or SMS.
Analytics and cookies: No Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tag, or related Google tracking request is made while those optional settings are blank. The site does not set analytics cookies in that configuration.
